What to expect

We will arrive on location, communicate with the point of contact, go over the details and expectations of the photo shoot as well as any potential changes. We will also require any waivers, releases, contracts, etc. to be signed prior to setting up.

Once the photoshoot starts, we will happily provide previews and encourage feedback so that we may provide exactly what you are looking for in our services.

Once the shoot is over, we will break down, settle the invoice, and go over the shoot with the client. We will then sift through the photos and send a link for the proofs for the client to go through. The client will then pick out which photos they would like to have retouched or edited. The quantity of edited photos provided is determined by the terms of the invoice, but we are more than happy to provide more edits for an additional charge.

Depending on the type of shoot, edited/retouched images should be available within 5 business days of approved proofs unless otherwise specified. If at any point you are not happy with the photographs or edits provided, please contact us so that we may figure out a solution.

After we get all the details needed, we will provide you with an estimate.

Estimates will be built based on details of the shoot, how long, location, model fees, quantity of photos, etc.

Once the estimate has been approved and signed, we will book the date at which time we may require a deposit.
